One thing l like about Her - 'Universality'
She is One, Holy and Apostolic
For thousand years, She has stood
Shaken, but unmovable
For the gates of Hell shall never prevail
Her arms are wide open, welcoming all
In her embrace, we are One
Cleansed, renewed & strengthened through Blood, Water & Holy Spirit
She nourishes with Word & Sacraments
Our feet grounded in Her truth,
We find shelter beneath her mantle
Her Social and Moral teachings guide and shape who we are
Forming hearts for the Bridegroom's return
The Head and Lord of all Creation, seen and unseen
In unity, we gather to praise and worship
Alleluia to the Most High,
Forever and ever

Today, we celebrated the Holy Eucharist at Our Lady of Peace in Victoria Falls, together with many Catholic delegates attending #COP15. It was amazing, witnessing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities - united at Calvary. Although some songs were on a different language, the spirit of worship felt familiar. Discussing with colleagues, surely She is Universal ~ from the smallest village chapel to great Cathedrals and Basilicas, united in Christ. Transcending borders, languages, and cultures. And in that unity, we experience heaven on earth.
