Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb?. Even these may forget, yet l will not forget you'
The Lord is kind and full of compassion, slow to anger, abounding in mercy. How good is the Lord to all. The Lord is faithful in all His words. He supports all who fall and raises up all who are blowed down. He is just in all His ways. Close to all who call Him in truth. He is Holy, and all His eeeds are.
Glory and praise to You O Christ. For You are the resurrection and life
I might not know all your dead ends, how many times you have fallen , even the type of tomb you are right now.
I'm so sure that the Father is already working. For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom He will
Truly, truly l say to you, whoever hears my word and believes in Him who sent me, has eternal life. Truly, truly, l say to you the hour is coming, and now have, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.
Regardless of that darkest situation you find yourself in, maybe in the eyes of the world, you are now dead. Let your ears be opened, that you may hear His voice and come out of that tomb. May the faithful God, in His compassion, mercy, kindness, love bring restoration in your life, family and any area of your life that seems to be dead. Through His grace which is sufficient, and in His strength, may He lift you up, strengthen you once again that you may rise again and walk.
Yesterday' s Readings Ezekiel saw water coming forth from the temple, and all those were saved to whom the water came........ whenever the river goes, every living creature which swarms will live..... everything will live where the river goes. And on the banks, on both sides of the river; there will grow all kinds of trees for food, Their leaves could not wither nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because of the water for them flow from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing (Ez 47:1-9, 12 and Ps 46:2-3, 5-6, 8-9). In the Gospel reading, Jesus healed the man by the pool of Bethesda, "Get up, take up your bed and walk" (Ps51:10a, 12a; Jn 5:1-16)
Yes in those dark days, you have none to put you into the pool, maybe you have been rejected, you are on your own, just keep on calling upon Him who is the source of life and He will answer. I know you have tried so many times, It's not over yet, not today, for God is still writing your life story. He is always at work. He never sleeps nor slumber, nor get tired of working towards fulfilling your plan. You might not see Him, just trust that He is, even if it seems to be so blurry, you can't see the path or way out of that tomb, hold on to Him, He is the light, the path and the life. Jesus Christ is ready to guide you back to your purpose. Whoever encountered Jesus, transformation happened, life was restored and it was never the same. He is the same today.
With hope, take that leap of faith, unto a future full of God's promises. He came that we may have life, in abundance......
Lastly during this #lentenseason, as a #PilgrimsOfHope, you and me are variable prodigals, Jesus comanded at the Bethsaida's pool, 'Sin no more, that nothing worse may happen to you"
Mwari atibatsire kuti tirambe tichivavarira to be like the good sheep who hear and know the voice of the Good shepherd.
